Proposed Acquisition of Placer Gold Pty Limited



Today ECR Minerals plc (LON: ECR), the exploration and development company focused on gold in Australia is pleased to announce it has today entered into a Binding Term Sheet pursuant to which it has been granted a conditional option to acquire the entire issued share capital of Placer Gold Pty Limited
